
Did you know I can tell what you eat?
Okay, I don’t mean I can tell EXACTLY what you eat, although that would be kinda a cool superpower.
I mean I can tell if you have a healthy diet by looking at your hair. Healthy foods restore and replenish your hair, making it shiny and strong. On the other hand, a diet high in empty calories, sugar and fat, well, let’s just say your hair reacts the same way the rest of your body does.
Your hair serves as a barometer of your health. High stress? Smoking? Lack of sleep? All of that shows up in your hair.

Look at your hair. Is it brittle? Dry? Falling out? You may be able to reverse the damage with small changes to your diet and lifestyle. Here is some more information.
